Community Ambassador & Moderator
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a reliable community-minded professional who can step in as our Ambassador and help me keep our founders’ group active, useful, and welcoming.
Your core focus will be facilitating discussions that spark real value for entrepreneurs while promptly responding to member questions so nobody feels unheard. We run everything through social media—primarily a Facebook private group with occasional LinkedIn posts—so you should already be comfortable moderating on those platforms and following their policies.
Key responsibilities
• Start or guide daily discussion threads that align with startup, growth, and professional-development topics
• Monitor comments, approve posts, and remove anything that violates our guidelines
• Reply to member queries within 24 hours, tagging admins only when an escalation is needed
• Compile a short weekly summary highlighting hot topics, unanswered questions, and member feedback
Success criteria
• Steady engagement (likes, comments, shares) on at least three posts per week
• All member queries acknowledged within 24 hours
• Zero unchecked guideline violations in the feed
If you enjoy nurturing online communities and can maintain a warm, professional tone, I’d love to hear about your past moderation experience on Facebook or LinkedIn and how you’d approach keeping conversations organized and valuable.
