I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can keep my entire e-commerce ecosystem running smoothly. On Amazon you’ll watch stock levels, create or improve listings, answer customer messages, stay on top of reviews, organise occasional giveaways and handle any back-end compliance or legal requests Amazon sends our way so the account always stays in good standing.
At the same time, you’ll keep our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube feeds active and engaging—think scheduling content, jumping into the comments, and flagging anything I should see right away.
Finally, the Shopify store needs the same daily attention: upload new products with accurate variants and images, process incoming orders without delay, and respond quickly to shopper questions so cart-abandonment stays low.
A brief daily report that shows what was done, any issues spotted and next-day priorities will let me stay in the loop while you handle the details. If you already use tools such as Seller Central, Shopify Admin, Meta Business Suite or similar, you’ll feel right at home here.
