E-Commerce Media Virtual Assistant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a growing e-commerce store alongside a small media brand and need a proactive virtual assistant who can keep our content engine and daily operations moving smoothly. Your main mission will be to turn existing long-form videos, podcasts, and product footage into engaging short-form pieces for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. I already use CapCut for quick edits and expect you to feel equally at home trimming clips, adding captions, and polishing final cuts there. If you prefer an additional repurposing tool such as Descript or Opus, that is absolutely fine as long as the end result fits each platform and sparks conversation engagement is the goal.
Beyond the creative work, I’ll rely on you to monitor comments and DMs, answer routine inquiries, forward anything sensitive to me, and keep our shared Google Drive tidy with up-to-date briefs, thumbnails, scripts, invoices, and brand docs. Experience inside Amazon Seller Central is a big plus; I may ask you to pull ad reports, adjust PPC bids, and tag high-performing keywords so our product ads stay profitable.
I’m flexible on timelines, so you can set a steady weekly rhythm that lets the content stay fresh without feeling rushed. If you’re comfortable juggling CapCut edits, social scheduling, light customer comms, and occasional Amazon Ads tweaks—and you genuinely enjoy turning raw footage into scroll-stopping posts—then you’ll fit right in.
