China Social Media Account Setup for Bitbot
Project Objective
Set up, apply for and activate Bitbot’s official corporate accounts on selected Chinese social media platforms.
Platforms Included
The project includes the following three accounts:
1. WeChat Official Account – 微信公众号
2. WeChat Channels / Video Account – 微信视频号
3. Xiaohongshu – 小红书
Scope of Work
The Service Provider shall:
* Provide Bitbot with a complete list of the documents and information required for each platform.
* Coordinate with Bitbot’s appointed social media team, SI Global, before configuring the accounts.
* Follow SI Global’s instructions regarding account names, usernames, company descriptions, logos, visual identity, website links and initial settings.
* Register the accounts using the official corporate information and documents provided by Bitbot Life S.r.l.
* Submit the necessary registration and activation applications to the relevant platforms.
* Assist Bitbot with enterprise verification applications where requested.
* Keep Bitbot informed about the status of each registration and any additional requirements from the platforms.
* Complete the basic profile configuration of each approved account.
* Provide Bitbot with all login credentials, administrator permissions, recovery information and account-related documentation.
* Ensure that Bitbot Life S.r.l. retains exclusive ownership and permanent administrative control of all accounts.
Account Ownership
All accounts created under this project shall belong exclusively to Bitbot Life S.r.l.
The Service Provider acts only as a temporary registration and setup operator and shall not retain any ownership, commercial rights, permanent administrator rights or control over the accounts after handover.
Where platform procedures require temporary use of the Service Provider’s contact details, these must be replaced with contact details controlled by Bitbot as soon as technically permitted.
E-Commerce and Sales
The accounts will be used for:
* Brand communication
* Marketing promotion
* Community development
* Traffic generation to Bitbot’s official website
All purchases and payments must take place exclusively through Bitbot’s official e-commerce website.
The Service Provider shall not activate any local store, marketplace sales function, social-commerce checkout or payment system without Bitbot’s prior written authorization.
Deliverables
The project will be considered completed when:
* Registration procedures have been completed for all three platforms.
* All required applications have been properly submitted.
* Approved accounts have been configured according to SI Global’s instructions.
* Bitbot has received all available login credentials and full administrator rights.
* Account ownership and permanent control have been transferred to Bitbot.
* A final registration status report has been provided for all three platforms.
Platform review periods or approval decisions outside the Service Provider’s control will not be considered delays, provided that all required procedures have been correctly completed and documented.
Project Fee
Fixed one-time service fee: €150
Payment will be managed through Freelancer.
Costs Not Included
The €150 service fee does not include:
* Official enterprise verification fees
* Platform registration or certification fees
* Content creation
* Translation of marketing content
* Content publishing
* Monthly account management
* Community management
* Advertising campaigns
* Media budgets
* E-commerce management
Any official platform fee must be communicated to and approved by Bitbot in advance and will be paid separately by Bitbot.
Future Services
Any future activity involving content publishing, ongoing account management, community management, advertising or marketing campaigns will be discussed and contracted separately.
