I run three active channels—Facebook, Instagram and Twitter—and I want a fresh, casual voice that keeps followers chatting, sharing and clicking. The goal is to publish short-form posts that feel like a friendly conversation while still nudging people toward our featured products, blog articles and occasional promotions.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:
• Every Monday I’ll share a simple content brief with topics, links and any key dates.
• You turn that into a week’s worth of platform-ready copy: captions, short threads or tweet series, plus suggested emojis and hashtags where they make sense.
• By Wednesday you send the drafts in a single Google Doc so I can review, add notes and approve by Thursday.
• Final posts are delivered in platform-specific format (character limits respected, line breaks for IG, thread numbering for Twitter).

Success looks like:
– Consistent casual tone (think friendly barista, not corporate)
– Clear calls-to-action woven naturally into the text
– Zero spelling or grammar slips
– Posts formatted and ready to paste directly into each platform scheduler
