Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
The task is to take full ownership of my Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels, with every post centred on engaging tutorial videos. I already have a library of raw footage and a clear idea of the skills I want to teach; what’s missing is a manager-creator who can shape that footage into polished, platform-specific content and then run the day-to-day scheduling, optimisation, and community interaction.
Scope of work
• Build a monthly content calendar that translates my teaching roadmap into short-form Reels, carousel teasers, and full-length YouTube tutorials.
• Edit and brand each video (intros, outros, captions, music, thumbnails) so it feels consistent across all three platforms. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve are all acceptable—use whatever you’re fastest with.
• Publish at an agreed cadence—minimum three tutorials per week—timed for peak Indian audience hours.
• Write compelling copy for titles, descriptions, and hashtags that perform well in Facebook Creator Studio, Instagram Insights, and YouTube Studio.
• Actively reply to comments and DMs within 24 hours to keep engagement high, flagging any technical questions I need to answer personally.
• Track performance and deliver a concise weekly report on reach, watch time, follower growth, and next steps.
Acceptance criteria
1. Calendar for the first month approved before any posts go live.
2. All videos meet 1080p quality, branded lower-thirds, and clear audio.
3. Posting schedule and community responses executed without gaps for four consecutive weeks.
4. Analytics report delivered every Monday by 10 a.m. IST.
When these points are consistently met, we will extend the collaboration and scale the volume of tutorials.
