Bulgarian Facebook Assistant Needed

I need ongoing help from someone who actually lives in Bulgaria and already uses Facebook every day. Your main responsibility will be to keep my brand’s Facebook page active and welcoming by replying to incoming messages and comments in a friendly, timely manner. In practice that means logging in several times throughout the day, answering product questions, guiding visitors to the right information, and flagging anything I should handle personally.
Because the role blends social-media management with light customer support, you should feel comfortable switching tones—from casual engagement on a public comment thread to a concise private reply that solves a customer’s issue. All work happens inside Facebook (Page, Messenger, Business Suite); no other platforms are required right now.
Key deliverables
• Consistent monitoring of the page during agreed working hours
• Personalised, well-written replies to every message or comment
• A brief end-of-day summary highlighting common questions or any escalations
