Social Media & Community Manager (Romance/BookTok Focus)
We are launching, a premium dark-romance audiobook app, between November/December
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Social Media & Community Manager who understands BookTok, romance content, and viral storytelling.
This role requires someone who can start immediately and work independently with high professional standards.
Responsibilities
Daily Social Media Management
Daily posting across TikTok, Instagram Reels,Facebook, YouTube Shorts & Pinterest
Scheduling and coordinating all posts
Community engagement: comments, replies, DMs
Monitoring content performance
Content Planning & Strategy
Read through our books to identify viral scenes, hooks, quotes, emotional lines
Turn these into a structured content plan
Select the most powerful parts for marketing
Prepare creative /detailed briefs for the Content Creator
Track trends and adjust ideas weekly
In-App Community / Subscriber Club
Posting inside the app’s club
Uploading bonus scenes
Weekly polls
Quote of the week
Posting new audiobook drop notifications
Team Coordination
Work directly with the Content Creator
Approve content before posting
Maintain consistent branding and quality
Provide weekly reports (growth, engagement, insights)
Proven experience managing social media for entertainment or BookTok-style content
Ability to identify viral moments in text
Excellent English writing & communication
Organized, reliable, and fast at execution
Strong understanding of romance/spicy/dark romance niches
Able to work daily, including weekends if needed
No training required — must be experienced and ready to execute immediately
Start – Launch Between 1–25 December

Budget
This is a fixed monthly position.
Budget: $500/month for full daily management (with potential increases every 3 months based on performance and growth).
