Bilingual Sustainability Virtual Assistant

WasteFree23.org, a Central-America–based NGO championing zero-waste practices across the globe. To keep our voice consistent and bilingual, we need a proactive assistant who is perfectly comfortable switching between English and Spanish while juggling two core areas:
• Social Media & Content
- Draft, translate, and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Tailor direct outreach messages that resonate with NGOs, government agencies, corporate sustainability teams, and thought-leaders.
• Inbox & Community Care
- Monitor our main email account, reply to routine questions, and escalate anything strategic
- Maintain a warm, supportive tone that reflects our zero-waste mission.
Posts go out on the agreed schedule, outreach messages are sent without grammar slips, and the inbox never waits more than 24 hours for a response.
