Bilingual Social Media Management & Representation (Turkish and English)

This project is to select the winner to work for my business on a monthly basis.
I am looking to hire a social media manager to manage my business pages on facebook and instagram, and also serve as our ambassador. This person needs to be able to develop relevant and useful content, create posts & ads, and engage in various groups on our behalf. This project requires both Turkish and English.
The goals are to
1) develop a professional face for our business by posting engaging and relevant content
2) create followership for our pages
3) engage with other users on other groups

2) 2 messages you sent (on behalf of a business) in facebook groups that helped that business
