Bilingual Qatar Social Media Manager

I need day-to-day ownership of our Instagram and TikTok presence, delivered in a consistently professional voice that reflects Qatari culture. You will map out a clear daily or weekly calendar, then create the actual images, short-form videos and stories yourself—Canva and CapCut are the tools we already use, so fluency there is essential.

Because our audience engages in both Arabic and English, every caption, reply and direct message must be handled smoothly in both languages. I expect you to track local trends, events and sensitivities so the content always feels timely and culturally on point. Community management is just as important as posting; prompt, courteous responses to comments and inbox queries are part of the job.

You’ll also monitor reach, engagement and growth metrics and send me concise reports so we can adjust the strategy in real time.

Acceptance criteria
• 4–7 fresh posts per week (mix of feed images, Reels, and stories) published to Instagram and TikTok
• All creative assets produced in Canva/CapCut and shared in editable form
• Bilingual captions and replies with a professional tone
• Weekly performance summary covering key KPIs and next-step recommendations
