Ballroom Social Content Assistant

Job ID: 40165103

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

Arthur Murray Toledo is finally giving our love of ballroom dance a louder voice online, and I’m ready to bring a creative partner on board for a paid trial week that should roll into steady, part-time work (about 5–7 hours each week).

Here’s the heartbeat of the job: I’ll hand you raw clips and photos from lessons, showcases, and behind-the-scenes studio life. You’ll transform them into polished posts—think bright, on-brand color grading, tight cuts, and smooth text overlays—then craft light-hearted, humorous captions that feel warm and community-focused. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are all in play, but our priority is feed-worthy, polished posts that stop the scroll; reels and the occasional story follow right behind.

On a typical week you will:
• Produce and schedule 3–5 polished posts across IG, FB, and TikTok
• Cut 1–2 reels from the same footage for extra reach
• Monitor and reply to comments so the conversation feels lively and human

I’m flexible on the tools you use—CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or even native in-app editors—as long as the final content looks crisp and loads cleanly. If the trial week clicks for both of us, I’d love to stick with a simple workflow: a shared Drive folder for assets, your proposed post calendar every Monday, and scheduled content lined up by Wednesday.

Deliverables for the paid trial:
1. Three finished posts (exported and scheduled)
2. One reel with trending audio
3. Caption copy for each piece, infused with upbeat humor
4. A short report on basic engagement results at week’s end

If that sounds like a fun challenge, send over a link to your favorite short-form edits and let’s start dancing online.
