BTS Community Manager & Research
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am building a warm, lively hub where BTS fans can resell official merch with confidence. To make this work I need someone who can keep the conversation flowing on Instagram and our WhatsApp group, host one online meetup every month, and turn the community’s chatter into actionable market insights that will guide the business model.
Day-to-day you will post prompts, reply to DMs, moderate comments and generally make sure everyone feels heard. The main channels are Instagram (feed, Stories and Reels) and a WhatsApp chat; if you see opportunities on Facebook or Twitter we can discuss them, but the focus stays on those first two platforms for now.
Once a month you’ll run a relaxed virtual gathering—audio or video is fine—where members share recent finds, talk through any resale hurdles and give direct feedback on what they want to see next. These sessions are more “conversation and problem-solving” than formal events, yet they still need a clear agenda and follow-up notes so nobody’s ideas get lost.
Throughout all interactions you will be capturing data on:
• preferred price ranges for each merch category
• the items that generate the most buzz
• payment methods fans trust
• shipping options they actually use
• marketing approaches that draw them in
• any emerging sale trends we should watch
Deliverables I expect:
1. A one-page engagement plan during week one outlining tone, posting cadence and basic community rules.
2. A brief agenda sent three days before every meetup and a summary report within 48 hours after.
3. A consolidated “market pulse” report at the end of each month (spreadsheet or slide deck) covering the data points above plus your recommendations.
If you love BTS culture, understand social media dynamics and can translate community energy into clear business insight, this should be a fun ongoing gig. Let’s make it happen!
