Automate Multi-Platform Social Posts
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need an end-to-end automation workflow that reliably handles my Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. The system must let me drop articles, images, and videos into a single queue, then automatically schedule and publish them at the best times. Beyond pushing the content live, I also want it to pull basic engagement data, surface new comments, and let me fire off quick replies without leaving the dashboard.
Key tasks I expect the solution to cover are:
• Posting and scheduling content across the three platforms
• Intelligent, rules-based timing (e.g., avoiding duplicate time slots)
• Comment retrieval with an option to respond from one place
• Basic competitor or hashtag research to inform future posts
• A clean LinkedIn connection flow that respects current API limits
I’m open to popular SaaS tools such as Zapier, Make, Buffer, Later, or a lightweight custom Python/Node microservice if you can keep maintenance simple. Whichever route you take, give me:
1. A clear architecture map or flowchart
2. Setup files, scripts, or step-by-step SaaS recipes
3. A short loom or written guide so I can replicate or tweak things myself
Once everything is live and tested, I’ll verify that:
• New items placed in my queue appear on each network at the scheduled time
• Comments are captured within five minutes of posting
• Response actions succeed without manual copy-pasting
If you have experience wrestling with Facebook Graph API, Instagram Basic Display, or LinkedIn’s v2 API, that will help us move faster.
