Author Social Media Manager Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I publish across several genres and want to turn my Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok accounts into active hubs that both grow my follower count and consistently spotlight my books. The assignment covers strategy, content creation, scheduling, daily engagement, and performance tracking. Short-form video, eye-catching carousels, snappy tweets, and platform-native trends all matter; everything should circle back to selling stories and building a loyal reader community.
You will have direct access to high-resolution covers, blurbs, and advance chapters, so repurposing assets should be straightforward. I’ll supply launch dates and any time-sensitive promotions; you translate them into platform-specific posts, reels, stories, or threads that match current algorithms. Tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Later, or Hootsuite are fine as long as you maintain a consistent aesthetic and voice.
To stay on track, we’ll work from a living content calendar inside Google Sheets. Weekly check-ins over Zoom or Loom keep us aligned on performance and next steps. Clear, concise analytics—follower growth, reach, click-throughs, and sales lifts—will guide ongoing tweaks.
Deliverables each month:
• A 4-week content calendar covering the three platforms
• 20+ unique visuals or clips, formatted natively for each channel
• Daily community engagement (replies, DMs, comments) during agreed hours
• End-of-month metrics report with insights and suggestions
Please share relevant experience managing author or book-centric accounts, including links or screenshots that show follower and sales impact.
