Art Manager/Curator & Sales Manager for Independent Artist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am ArtbyElandria, an independent artist with a catalogue of growing artworks. I’m looking for my next path forward that will let me focus on creating and serving my clients. So I am considering two different hires; I’ll only hire one, but this one is for an All Around Art Manager.
I give you the digital art files, you make the magic happen. If you are a professional art manager, I want to hear from you. Note: If your profile DOES NOT mention fine art in any way, I will not be responding to your bid.
Scope in a nutshell
• Social exposure: Publish to Facebook and Pinterest first, then expand to any other easy-to-add networks you recommend. I’ll supply the artwork; you handle scheduling, optimisation, and engagement follow-up.
• Marketplace presence: Create and maintain listings on the art-centric platforms you feel give us the best reach—EBay would be the best place to start, but I’m willing to consider other options.
• Sales flow: Monitor enquiries, process orders, arrange printing/fulfilment when needed, and make sure buyers receive their artwork on time.
• Reporting: Provide concise weekly updates on what went live, what sold, and what you suggest tweaking next.
I’m supplying all creative assets, so content creation isn’t required—just smart deployment and management. The exact mix of platforms, tools, and time commitment is flexible; impress me with a practical game plan, outline the milestones you’d hit, and quote the cost you feel is fair.
If your proposal convinces me you can streamline both the social push and the marketplace sales, I’ll move forward with this single role instead of the separate eBay posting job I also have open.
I truly don’t know how much this will cost monthly, so give me your best shot. I have a limited amount of capital to start, so be honest about what you can do for how much.
My only real conditions are that costs stay within expected parameters and there is NO AI used in the making of any of the content.
P.S. Willing to cut out social media management for a better price. Forgive me, but I’ve been sorting through applications for ages and I am getting burnt out on it.
