I’m looking for one versatile partner who can keep our visual identity fresh, our community engaged, and our customers delighted—then turn those efforts into measurable growth.
Here’s what the week will look like: you’ll design modern-style graphics and short UGC-style videos for our campaigns, jump into our support inbox or live chat to resolve questions with a friendly, solutions-first tone, and schedule/post across our social channels while tracking the numbers that matter. I expect you to notice patterns, suggest improvements, and refine processes so that each area feeds the next and overall production rises.
To be considered, link to past work that clearly showcases:
• Modern graphic design pieces
• Short-form video or UGC content you edited or shot
• Any social accounts or communities you have managed, ideally highlighting growth metrics or engagement wins
• (Optional but welcome) snapshots of customer interactions that demonstrate your service style
Deliverables I will review each week
• A folder of finished graphics/videos ready for publishing
• A brief support log showing resolutions and common issues
• A concise social report outlining what was posted, performance highlights, and next-step ideas
Tools you’re already comfortable with—think Adobe CC, Figma, Canva, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, or similar—are a plus; feel free to note them when you reply. If you thrive on wearing multiple hats and can prove it through your portfolio, I’d love to hear from you.
