I am looking for a dedicated, creative, and kind group manager to help lead a small team of five in producing engaging news-style videos. The project centers on a consistent alien anchor character, delivering entertaining and expressive news commentary from a galactic perspective.
Responsibilities:
Manage a small team of 5 (research, editing, posting, scheduling).
Create and edit 2–3 AI-driven video news clips daily using tools such as Google Veo 3, Runway Flow, Heygen, or similar AI platforms.
Ensure the alien anchor remains consistent in design, expression, and delivery across all videos.
Write or adapt short, catchy prompts/scripts that make the videos entertaining, viral, and audience-friendly.
Post content across platforms and maintain quality/consistency.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of AI video generation tools (Google Veo 3, Flow, Heygen, etc.).
Skilled in prompting, editing, and post-production.
Creative eye for making videos expressive, engaging, and smooth (not stiff or robotic).
Ability to plan and manage workflow for a small team.
Experience with social media posting and basic video strategy.
Compensation:
£300/month during the startup phase.
Once the pages achieve monetisation, wages will increase accordingly with clear opportunities for growth.
