Description:
Mahajai Agritech Solutions (Pune) — organic fertilizers & agri-inputs — needs an experienced social media manager to grow our presence, educate farmers/dealers, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
• 3–5 posts/week on Instagram + FB; 1 post/week on LinkedIn.
• 1 short video/reel per week (30–60s).
• Write captions in English + Hindi/Marathi (mix).
• Community management (respond to comments/DMs within 24–48 hrs).
• Monthly reporting: reach, engagement, follower growth, leads.
• 1 monthly strategy call.
Requirements:
• Portfolio of agri or FMCG / B2B social media work.
• Can create designs in Canva and edit short videos (InVideo/CapCut).
• Good Hindi/Marathi writing skills + English.
• Proven results (show growth metrics) — attach 2–3 samples.
