We are a fast-growing aesthetic/beauty company in the Middle East looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager. Our focus is to build a strong online presence, engage our audience, and run effective ad campaigns to attract new clients.
Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Posting
• Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
• Post consistently on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok , snap for all our company accounts(stories, reels, feed).
• Write engaging captions aligned with Middle Eastern audience preferences.
• Design & Creativity
• Create aesthetically appealing graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Work with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Media Buying & Ads
• Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Optimize targeting, budgets, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
• Track performance and provide weekly reports.
• Community Engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Grow followers and engagement organically.
Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management for beauty/aesthetic/health brands (preferred).
• Strong design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
• Experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads (media buying).
• Understanding of Middle Eastern beauty/aesthetic trends is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
Compensation
$400–500 USD/month (depending on experience)
Flexible working hours, but must align with Middle East posting times.
