Social impact analyst with product design/management background needed

We are developing digital tools to help Changemakers do their important work, connect with each other, measure outcomes, learn and improve. For any organization in the social impact or environmental change for the good, we want to be their trusted tech partner. We constructed the IX Projects Platform with assistance from Ashoka.
We need a product manager/designer/documentation specialist who would spend time understanding the complex platform we have built and write a product use case document. Typically a user story document would be written before development of the product but we have focused on agile development of the product first and hence we are now going backwards - writing the product spec after understanding the developed product. The goal for this exercise is to formalize adhocly developed software modules and to add any missing details to the product spec.
Ideally, you would have a background in UI/UX Design, Product Management, and Social Impact.
