Set Up SMTP server with multiple IP (Proxy Server)

I am looking for a freelancer who can set up an SMTP server with multiple IP addresses for my mail campaign. Here are the requirements for the project:
Operating System: Windows
- The freelancer should have experience in setting up an SMTP server on a Windows/Linux operating system.
Dedicated IP:
- I will be sending my mail campaign through a dedicated IP.
- The freelancer should have experience in configuring a dedicated IP for sending emails.
Domain Name:
- I have a domain name registered for the server.
- The freelancer should be able to integrate the domain name with the SMTP server.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in setting up an SMTP server on Windows.
- Knowledge of configuring and managing multiple IP addresses for sending emails.
- Familiarity with integrating a domain name with an SMTP server.
