Restore Contact Form Emails
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
My site’s contact form appears to submit correctly, yet no messages ever reach my inbox. I’m using a custom-domain email address and the form is wired through PHPMailer. I need someone to troubleshoot why the mail never lands, correct the underlying configuration or code, and prove delivery with a successful test.
Please be comfortable digging into PHPMailer settings, SMTP credentials on a custom domain, SPF/DKIM alignment, and any server-side quirks that might block or silently drop messages. Once you isolate the problem, I’ll need the fix applied on the live site and a brief note describing what was changed so I can maintain it going forward.
The job is complete when the form reliably delivers to my custom-domain inbox and we’ve run at least one test together that arrives without flagging as spam.
