Repair EIG Hosting Email Issues

My sites are hosted on legacy Hypermart, iPage and Powweb accounts—brands that were once under Endurance International Group and are now managed by Newfold Digital. Functionality is my main concern right now: the email attached to these accounts has stopped sending entirely.

I need someone who knows the quirks of the EIG/Newfold server stack to trace why mail is failing and get it delivering again. That may involve inspecting MX records, SPF/DKIM, webmail settings, SMTP authentication, or any other server-side or DNS misconfiguration you discover.

Deliverable: email flow restored so every mailbox on Hypermart, iPage and Powweb can reliably send messages, with a short hand-over note explaining the changes you made for future reference.
