High-Volume Inbox Email Sender
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a robust sending setup that can reliably push at least 100 000 promotional-offer emails into primary inboxes every single day. My list is already built and fully permission-based; what I do not have is the technical infrastructure or warm-up strategy to reach inbox placement at that scale.
I’m open on the platform—Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, your own custom SMTP cluster, or a hybrid solution—so long as you can explain the trade-offs and guide me toward the option that keeps costs sane while protecting sender reputation.
Please bring deep, hands-on experience with:
• IP/domain warming, reputation monitoring, and throttling
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI setup
• List hygiene and bounce/complaint handling
• Rotating or dedicated IPs for large daily volumes
• Integrating with front-end tools such as MailWizz, Mautic, or similar for campaign management and reporting
Deliverables
1. Production-ready sending environment capable of 100 k+ emails/day
2. Authentication records correctly published and verified
3. Step-by-step warm-up schedule and deliverability checklist
4. Documentation so my team can operate the system confidently
If you’ve already built similar high-volume promotional pipelines and can point to measurable inbox rates, let’s talk details and timeline.
