High-Deliverability Windows SMTP Server

I need a rock-solid SMTP server configured on a Windows environment that can comfortably push out at least 3,000 messages every day while still landing in the inbox, not the spam folder. DKIM, SPF and DMARC must be fully active from day one; without them the job isn’t done.

I’m flexible on the control panel—Plesk, MailEnable or SmarterMail are all fine—so choose the one that will give us the cleanest workflow for queue management, monitoring and future scaling. Secure TLS connections, bounce processing and clear reputation-friendly throttling are also expected. Funds are already parked in my Freelancer account, so once we agree on the approach we can move straight to milestones.

• Test send showing >95 % inbox placement to major providers
• Brief hand-over guide so I can add domains, view logs and adjust sending limits on my own
