Fix WordPress SMTP Emails

My small WordPress site already has the WP Mail SMTP plugin installed, but email alerts from the contact forms never reach my Gmail inbox. The plugin is set to use Gmail as the third-party SMTP service, yet something in the authentication or “Less secure app access” settings is blocking delivery and I’m not sure what. I also want the website domain transferred to a different hosting provider.

I need you to jump in, adjust whatever is missing—OAuth credentials, API keys, plugin configuration, DNS records or Google account switches—then prove it works by sending a successful test email and a live form submission to my address.

Acceptance criteria:
• WP Mail SMTP test email shows “Success” without errors.
• A real form submission notification lands in my Gmail inbox instantly and is not flagged as spam.
• You provide a quick note (or brief Loom/Zoom walkthrough) of what you changed so I can maintain it in the future.
I can see that the domain nassau-apts.com is transferred from Automattic Inc. to 50Webs.

This should be a fast task for someone familiar with WordPress, WP Mail SMTP, and Gmail SMTP authentication.
