Fix WordPress Email Verification

Job ID: 40527550

Budget: $10 – $30 CAD

When I try to change the administrator email on my WordPress site the platform tells me a confirmation link has been sent, yet nothing ever lands in my Zoho inbox. I have already looked through every spam, junk, and promotions folder and there is simply no trace of the message.

What I need is a quick-but-thorough check of the site’s outgoing-mail setup. I am not certain whether my host’s PHP mail function is failing, if SMTP has never been configured, or if Zoho requires an additional record or authentication step I have missed. I’d like you to:

• trace why WordPress isn’t handing the message off successfully
• configure (or correct) SMTP so the site can send through my Zoho account – WP Mail SMTP, Post SMTP, or a code-level tweak is fine as long as it’s secure and documented
• verify the fix by triggering the admin-email change again and confirming that the verification link appears in my inbox

Please keep existing site functionality intact and note any DNS or plugin changes you make so I can maintain them later. Once the email arrives reliably, the job is done.
