Fix SMTP Issues on WordPress

I need help resolving an SMTP issue on my WordPress site. We had SMTP working fine on a different server without needing to set up the Workspace API for two client emails on Google Workspace.
Currently, contact form submissions filled out on the website are not reaching the client's Google Workspace email. However, when we switch the recipient to a regular Gmail account (our own account for testing), we receive the contact forms without any issues.
We want to avoid setting up the Workspace API due to tax information complications, and it's time-consuming. The issue arose after we moved to a new server, and we need a quick fix to restore functionality.
