Daily Lead Generation Cold Email System

I'm looking for a professional with experience in setting up an automated system for sending mass cold emails. The purpose of these emails is to generate leads for my business, targeting other businesses specifically.

I have a database of prospects and customers (about 150k different email addresses). I need to send 2 to 3 emails a week. I don't want to blacklist our company web domain.
We have tried various apps but we have been blocked because this is mostly cold emailing.
