Configure Outlook & WordPress Mail-preference freelancer residing within vasai-virar

I need Outlook set up so every mailbox—both the brand-new ones I’m adding and the long-standing addresses I already use—sends and receives flawlessly. The job covers full email configuration in Outlook with IMAP, POP3 and SMTP all verified and working.

Once Outlook is solid, I also want my WordPress site to route its notifications through the very same mail accounts, eliminating any delivery issues caused by default PHP mail. You’re free to use a reputable plugin if that speeds things up, as long as the final result is reliable and easy for me to maintain.

Deliverables – please hand over:
• Outlook profiles for each new and existing account, tested for send/receive on IMAP, POP3 and SMTP
• WordPress mail configured to use the chosen SMTP credentials and confirmed by test emails
• A short note or screen capture showing the settings so I can replicate them later
