Bulk Email Delivery Specialist Needed – 500,000 Leads / High Inbox Rate / Warm Server Preferred

We’re looking for an experienced bulk email specialist to send a campaign to 500,000 warm leads without triggering spam filters. These leads have shown interest in our services recently or in the past.

We prefer (or are open to) using your own warm SMTP server, domain, or setup to ensure optimal inbox delivery. Replies should be routed to our provided email address.

Email Campaign Details:

Volume: 500,000 contacts

Template: Includes reply-to address (see sample below)

Objective: High inbox rate and deliverability

Frequency: One-time campaign (with potential for more)
Note: The campaign does not need to be sent in a single blast, but should be delivered at a consistently high daily volume to ensure timely completion while maintaining strong deliverability.
