I'm searching for a dependable, in-person ( Lockland, Ohio) representation for a CMHA annual inspection scheduled on 6/24 from 8am to 10am.
Required Candidate Skills:
* Real estate experience: It is crucial for the candidate to have relevant background knowledge in real estate.
Desirable Candidate Experience:
* Familiarity with similar inspections: Previous experience with CMHA annual inspections is not mandatory; however, understanding and familiarity with similar inspections will be an asset.
The ideal candidate is someone who can professionally represent me during the inspection and is reliable to undertake the task effectively.
