App-Based Smart Lighting Automation

I’m ready to take my home’s lighting to the next level by introducing a fully app-controlled smart system. The goal is simple: every switch, bulb, and strip in the house should answer to a single, intuitive mobile interface on both iOS and Android.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear plan for which hubs, bulbs, switches or relay modules best suit the job (Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi or a hybrid).
• Configuration of the chosen platform—Home Assistant, OpenHAB, or another you recommend—so I can add, rename, group and scene-control lights without coding.
• A branded mobile app experience (white-labeled or wrapper-based) that gives me on/off, dimming, color control and room/scene presets. Remote access must work securely outside my LAN.
• Step-by-step wiring or installation diagrams I can hand to an electrician, plus documentation that lets me expand the system later.
