Urgent Delivery: 3 NFT (Non-Generative) Mint Contract

I am looking to get a simple NFT mint project going and would like your quote and time on the delivery for these requirements:

1) frontend simple website for minting - this would be a basic UI with 3 NFT's displayed. Tier 1 nft will show the option to mint, tier 2 will show mint + upgrade & tier 3 nft will also show mint + upgrade.
2) 3 separate minting contract for 3 NFTs 721s

Contract 1 (Tier 1) - allows the user to trade in our erc20 token (1,000) to mint tier 1 nft

Contract 2 (Tier 2) - allows the user to trade in our erc20 token (2,5000) to mint tier 2 nft with an upgrade option to create the ability to trade in tier 1 nft + 1,500 token to create tier 2 nft.

Contract 3 (Tier 3) - allows the user to trade in our erc20 token (5,000) to mint tier 3 nft with an upgrade option to create the ability to trade in tier 1 nft + 2,500 token to create tier 2 nft.

The erc20 paid will go to a specified address for the treasury.

I have already 3 arts and a website(react) ready.
