Smart contract for our USD pegged coin

Hi, I need a smart contract for BSC to release our stable coin. The following features are required:
1. People should be able to send some predefined stable coins (USDT, USDC)
2. On sending USDT or USDC, mint nUSD (our stable coin) and send to user wallets
3. Option to set fixed yield in contract
4. Contract should be updated weekly to mint new nUSD coins as per the fixed yield and the newly minted coins should be added to depositors as per their initial deposit ratios
4. Withdraw option to burn nUSD and send back equivalent USDT coins.
5. Our team should be able to withdraw the deposited USDT, USDC coins to invest and earn yield and then later send the USDT back into the contract for users to be able to withdraw.
The contract must be highly secure.
