Smart contract creation on BSC

Hello, I would like to start a crypto project. I need a deflationary token on Binance Smart Chain with some characteristics: 5% Buy tax to be sent to a wallet for development and marketing; 15% Sell tax (5% rewards to holders in Sushiswap 4% to wallet marketing 3% burning 2% game rewards for players). We are developing a simple game and we need holders to earn 2% rewards in Sushiswap when they play. I need to put the token Pancakeswap. The total supply will be 15 Billions whose 12.450 B must be circulating supply. The rest are put in a wallet (2.550.000.000) because we are going to burn those tokens when some milestones are reached. Can anyone help me?
