Real estate smart contract

I want to develop a real state smart contract that will be hooked up into a web platform.
Does mark contract should fulfill certain check points in order to be deployed this checkpoints should be defined along with the freelancer in order to get his advisory on which to include.
Basically the smart contracts shit certified that the land owner owns the land use in certain documents and on the other side you should verify that the land tenant has done a pallet payment and this smart contracts should be able to be rented, reselled and expired after the smart contract expiration date.
Multiple persons could own land And multiple persons could rent land. The smart contract objective is to rent land not for buying
