We are seeking an experienced blockchain developer to create a smart contract on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) for a 3x9 matrix structure with specific commission payouts at each level. Additionally, the contract should support a holding program for our native token, XBLC, offering rewards over a two-year period. This smart contract will support our community and business model, ensuring transparency, security, and scalability.
Key Requirements
1. Matrix Structure:
Type: 3x9 matrix structure.
Levels: 9 levels deep.
Referrals: Each user can have 3 direct referrals, expanding exponentially across the matrix.
2. Commission Structure:
Commissions are to be paid at every level from 1 to 9, as follows:
Level 1 (3 users): 9.360%
Level 2 (9 users): 6.390%
Level 3 (27 users): 3.690%
Level 4 (81 users): 3.690%
Level 5 (243 users): 3.690%
Level 6 (729 users): 3.690%
Level 7 (2,187 users): 3.690%

Total Members: The system should support up to 29,523 members.

The matrix should be a forced matrix from left to right, ensuring that each level is filled sequentially before moving to the next.
4. Smart Contract Platform:
The smart contract must be developed on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
5. User Interface:
UI/UX Design: An intuitive and user-friendly interface for users to view their matrix and track their commissions.
Dashboard: Users should be able to see their matrix position, earnings, and detailed commission breakdowns.
6. Security:
High Security Standards: Implement measures to protect user data and transactions.
Regular Audits: The contract should undergo regular security audits and updates to ensure it remains secure and functional.
7. Scalability:
The system must be capable of scaling to handle a growing number of users without performance issues.
8. Transparency:
Transaction Records: Clear and transparent transaction records should be available.
User Access: Users should have easy access to all relevant data to verify their commissions and matrix positions.
