I'm looking for a part-time crypto token creator with expert knowledge in smart contract development. The token will be integrated into an existing decentralized application (dApp).

Key Requirements:
- The token can be developed on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polygon
- Smart contract functionalities needed:
- Minting/Burning tokens
- Staking/Rewards

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating crypto tokens and developing smart contracts
