Need a smart contract developer

we want to upgrade a contract like below

Function
- APY (Total Supply rise 2% daily, all token holders get 2% daily)
- Buy tax 3% goes to selected wallet
- Sell tax 15% goes to selected wallet
- Lock sell : User can sell their 10% of total token from the wallet only
+ All function active without setup WPOOL
+ All function work even of reounence token owner wallet to 0x000000000000000000000000000

We just need a smartcontract

This sourcecode use WPOOL (which can not pass the audit)
also the APY is working different than requirement
current code is token sell tax (15% will be divince in 2 part : 12% share for all other token holders, and 3% to selected wallet)
