NFT Marketplace

We’re looking to build a custom nft marketplace for a charity where people can have NFTs made and Auction them or sell them for charity, are you able to assist with something like this? We only have a budget of $900 though so let me know what the lowest cost you’d be able to help for is. The attached audio explains what we need
