NFT Developer for fixing some key issues on frontend

our nft marketplace is built using moralis and requires some edits on its frontend for the following issues
1 - Artist should be able to upload free nfts like opensea
2- and currently user have to pay twice one at the time of minting nft and other when he wants to sell or auction its nft
to summarize the requirement every nft developer is super clear about opensea i want my website to have same process for uploading nft or selling/auction.
