Motivated Smart Contract Solidity Developer wanted

We are a startup and looking for a motivated and skilled developer with smart contract/ solidity experience.
We are looking for a long-term collaboration.
The first project will be to create a smart contract that can do the following:

Swap multiple funding tokens to an LP token in one transaction.
For example, user selects USDT, DAI, WBTC and wants to add liquidity for ETH-BNB liquidity pool (Uniswap v2 based).
The contract would then use the funding tokens and make the swaps necessary to have 50% of ETH and BNB. Then add it to the liquidity pool.
+ There is a small fee that gets deducted from the user funds and is sent to our project wallet.
+ If the user holds a certain amount of our project tokens he gets a smaller fee or no fee.
