Looking for developer that build the NFT rending platform

Im very much a beginner in this space but understand some of the tech. I am looking for someone to help discover an idea and then develop the platform. I want a platform that allows users to "rent" nfts. I understand this is very easy if the person creating the token implements it but I want this to be adaptable to existing nfts but I dont have the knowledge. I was assuming it would go something like this, I have an nft you want to rent, you submit your offer and timeline (.2eth for 2 weeks). my NFT is sent to you and when you signed the transaction you confirmed the authorization that in 2 weeks this nft will be returned to my wallet. If you try to sell or trade this nft all attempts will be blocked but you are able to use this nft to redeem/verify things. lets say you rent an nft to use in a game, that is allowed you are just not allowed to sell or transfer the token.

I was also assuming the user will have some sort of multisig agreement so if me you and a 3rd party sign the transaction 2/3's must agree for any transaction to take place.
