Developing a Tool for Generating ERC20 Token

Looking for a blockchain expert to develop a very basic tool for generating ERC20 token for our internal use only as per given requirements and then testing it by generating the first ERC20 Token with us.

so it has two parts Generating Smart contract and Creating tool
Secondly Generating First Token
