Decentralized Fintech & Data Exchange Platform
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I want to build a production-ready, decentralized platform where finance takes centre stage but is architected so that supply-chain and healthcare modules plug in seamlessly. The core must be a permissioned blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric or an EVM-compatible chain are both acceptable) with smart-contract logic that lets stakeholders share and verify data without ever surrendering control of it.
Primary finance scope
• On-chain payment settlement, KYC/AML-ready identity, and audit-grade transaction histories that regulators and external auditors can inspect in real time.
• Role-based dashboards for banks, fintechs and end-users so they can initiate, approve and reconcile transactions without waiting for a back-office batch.
Embedded supply-chain features
• Automated inventory tracking recorded as immutable asset tokens.
• Real-time shipment monitoring via IoT or API feeds that update the ledger the moment a condition changes.
• Supplier and vendor management smart contracts that release payments automatically against predefined milestones.
Embedded healthcare features
• Patient data management with granular consent tokens so only authorised parties decrypt sensitive fields.
• Telemedicine sessions logged as verifiable events for insurance or compliance purposes.
• Medical supply-chain management piggy-backs on the same logistics layer used by retail goods, but with added temperature-chain and recall flags.
Tech stack expectations
Back-end: Solidity or Chaincode, REST/GraphQL gateways, IPFS or a similar content-addressed store for large files.
Front-end: React or Vue with Web3 hooks, plus a mobile wrapper (Flutter/React-Native) for clinicians and logistics staff in the field.
Security: end-to-end encryption, hardware wallet or HSM support for key custody, automated test suite with coverage on critical contracts.
CI/CD: GitHub Actions preferred, unit + integration tests must run on every pull request.
Deliverables
1. Architecture diagram and data-flow specification.
2. Smart-contract suite with documented functions and events.
3. API layer and sample requests.
4. Responsive web dashboard and companion mobile build.
5. Deployment scripts (Docker/K8s) and a short hand-over walkthrough.
Acceptance criteria
• All listed finance features function on a local testnet and one public or consortium network.
• Supply-chain and healthcare modules exchange data through the same identity layer without cross-contaminating permissions.
• Unit test coverage ≥ 85 % on contracts; penetration test passes OWASP Top-10 checks.
• Comprehensive README and inline docs so another team can extend the codebase.
If you have proven experience shipping secure solutions at scale and can demonstrate similar multi-vertical roll-outs, I’d like to review your approach and timeline.
