Custom DeFi Protocol Development
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
The goal is to take a DeFi protocol from concept to main-net launch. I have the product vision and tokenomics drafted, but the technical build still needs to be defined, coded, tested, and deployed. That includes selecting the most suitable EVM-compatible chain, architecting the core contracts, and wiring up a simple web front-end so users can interact from day one.
You will be working on:
• Writing upgradeable, gas-efficient smart contracts (Solidity, OpenZeppelin) for the core financial logic.
• Integrating standard security patterns, unit tests, and a third-party audit hand-off package.
• Deploying contracts on test-net, then guiding main-net deployment with clear documentation and scripts (Hardhat or Foundry).
• Delivering a lightweight React or Next.js interface that connects through ethers.js/web3.js and reflects live contract data.
Acceptance criteria
1. All contracts compile, pass tests, and achieve 90 %+ coverage.
2. Front-end connects to wallet providers and executes every contract function without console errors.
3. Deployment scripts reproduce the system on any fresh environment, with addresses logged in a README.
4. A brief technical walkthrough that explains key contract decisions, upgrade paths, and audit considerations.
