Create an erc20 code that generates addresses with a fallback function

I want to create an erc20 code that generates addresses with a fallback function.
I want the ethereum that is deposited in any generated address to be auto transferred to the main wallet of my company.
How will the process will be done and will we need any smart contract during the process.
