CEX/DEX Security Audit Specialist
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m finalizing a hybrid exchange that combines a conventional CEX back end with on-chain DEX modules running on Binance Smart Chain, and I need a seasoned security auditor to put every moving part under the microscope. Your focus will be threefold:
• Smart contracts – solidity code review, gas-related edge cases, upgrade patterns, oracle manipulation, etc.
• User authentication flow – session handling, MFA logic, rate limiting and any bridge between off-chain auth and on-chain actions.
• Transaction processing – deposit / withdrawal pipelines, matching engine interactions, cross-chain bridges and any flash-loan or re-entrancy vectors.
What I expect in the final hand-off: a structured report that lists each vulnerability with severity, a clear reproduction path (PoC scripts or Hardhat tests are ideal), plus a remediation recommendation I can hand straight to my dev team. Once fixes are applied, I’ll need a short re-test and a signed confirmation that the critical issues are closed.
You should already be comfortable with tools such as Slither, MythX, Tenderly, Hardhat (or comparable stacks) and, more importantly, possess real-world experience auditing both centralized and decentralized exchanges. The total budget for this engagement is US$2,000, which we can break into milestones for initial audit, patch verification, and final sign-off.
